LOCAL RESTAURATEUR OPENS NEW STEAKHOUSE AT CB1 DEVELOPMENT
Le Maison du Steak joins line up at CB1
Cambridge, March – Brookgate, the Cambridge-based mixed-use development company, has welcomed a new French restaurant to 125 Hills Road, part of the CB1 masterplan.
Le Maison du Steak, sister restaurant to established local eatery Le Gros Franck has now opened its doors, and will be serving customers a range of meals throughout the day. Diners will be able to sample a variety of dishes including the popular fillet steak and burger which are rapidly becoming firm favourites. However, more than just a steakhouse, Le Maison du Steak also offers a range of fish and chicken dishes, with all chicken and eggs provided by local butchers and farmers.
Like its sister restaurant, Le Maison du Steak is run by award winning Alsace born and trained chef Franck Parnin and his wife Ling-Ling. Parnin and Le Gros Franck have become household name in the Cambridge restaurant scene, with Le Gros Franck credited as being Cambridge’s only independent French restaurant.
Franck Parnin owner of Le Maison du Steak said:
“After the success of Le Gros Franck we are delighted to be opening Le Maison du Steak, and to be part of the exciting CB1 development, right in the heart of the city centre. We look forward to continuing to offer Cambridge a taste of the best of French cuisine.”
